Solomonic releases Media & Communications Module

Solomonic’s new Media & Communications Module turns High Court defamation and data protection cases into structured data and rich insights.

Leading litigation analytics company, Solomonic, has launched its highly anticipated Media & Communications List module. The data set covers the latest claims from within the world of news, media and data protection, allowing users to analyse claims and track new developments.

Users of the product will be able to explore all the latest claims relating to data protection, defamation, and misuse of private information. They will also access rich analytics on judicial outcomes for those subject matters from within the Media and Communications List dating back to its launch in 2017.

The new module covers over 1,500 claims, 350+ analysed claim forms and every one of the 300+ judgments published in the Media & Communications List of the High Court since its inception.

Edward Bird, Solomonic’s CEO, said, “This is a key module for in-house and private practice litigators focused on data protection risk as well as those acting in defamation cases. The data set has already revealed some fascinating insights about prospects for success and the rising trend in misuse of data litigation.
