Herbert Smith Freehills has launched a pilot to evaluate how data extracted from judgments and smart analytics might help prepare clients facing litigation.

Stewarts has announced that their Commercial Disputes group will be working with litigation analytics and research start-up Solomonic, to pilot the release of their new platform.
