Solomonic Super User Summit 2025: How our users drive the platform forward
The third Solomonic Super User Summit brought together our most active users for an afternoon of collaboration, product insights and an exclusive industry panel. Plus, a first look at what’s next for the platform.
Earlier this month, we welcomed our most engaged users from across the legal sector to our third annual Super User Summit. These power users, often the in-house experts within their firms, are central to guiding the platform’s evolution and the Summit is their forum to hear what’s new and guide what comes next.
What happened at this year’s Summit?
What’s new: The platform feedback loop
We pride ourselves on being a customer-led organisation and the Summit gives us the opportunity to not only continue to hear what our users have to say, but also to show how it directly shapes our platform and development priorities.
Head of Customer Success, Flávia Baldotto, and Customer Success Manager, Ashleigh Poh, opened with a look back at what we’ve built in response to customer feedback this year, including:
Free-text alerts for monitoring specific parties not yet in the database and for tracking entities whose names contain umbrella terms
Document Search, unlocking keyword search across more than 32,000 court documents and improved filtering
New datasets: Property, Trusts and Probate, Lands Chamber decisions, plus a dedicated Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Module
AI-powered claim summaries
Improved document ordering workflows
And we’re not stopping there. Upcoming enhancements include expanded expert witness data, new report options and continued improvements across our charts and visual analytics.
This continuous feedback loop ensures Solomonic delivers value across an ever-growing range of use cases.
Industry insights: 2026 under the microscope
We’re proud that our platform is trusted by some of the industry’s leading voices, who joined us for an exclusive panel discussion offering their perspectives on the major legal developments of 2025 and offering predictions for what to expect in 2026. The panel comprised:
Maura McIntosh, Knowledge Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer
Nicola Gare, Global Disputes Knowledge Counsel at HFW
Tom Whittaker, Director and Head of AI at Burges Salmon
Tets Ishikawa, CEO of LionFish Capital
While the session observed Chatham House rules, several key themes emerged. These included notable developments in the Court of Appeal and cases to watch next year; reflections on the 50th anniversary of freezing injunctions and their growing relevance to digital assets; and a candid exploration of how AI is already influencing the sector and where potential litigation hotspots may arise. The panel also looked at an eventful year for litigation funding, noting continued confidence in its value and an expectation of a more mature, balanced market ahead. Finally, they observed that while we have yet to see any major waves of AI-driven claims or significant growth in ESG and greenwashing cases, these remain areas that practitioners should be vigilant about.
What’s next: The platform roadmap
Our CRO, Peter Nussey, closed the session with a preview of what’s currently in development and coming next to Solomonic, including:
Comprehensive Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and UPC coverage
A powerful new API for deeper integration
Enhanced costs data
Advanced predictive insights
A new mobile-friendly interface for seamless access on the go
Each development reflects our continued commitment to building the most comprehensive and actionable legal insight platform.
Thank you to our Super Users
We ended the afternoon with a drinks reception – an opportunity for further discussion, networking and hearing first-hand how users are using Solomonic within their organisations.
